Mary Bartsas, the founder, forged a reputation as a speculative land buyer and investor in Clark County working with notable individuals such as Howard Hughes.

The final B is a nod to the 60’s when the company took hold in the Las Vegas Valley, a little bit retro with a sophisticated look and feel.

The building blocks symbolize growth and stability of the company and its long heritage. A combination of complimentary shapes that fit well together, overlaying shapes to show multiple items or portfolio.

We used Bartsas for the brand. Pulling that element out creates a unique identifier for the company. Contemporary corporate styling with simple typography underneath. Brand identity does just that, it identifies. The simpler you can make the identification, the stronger the brand becomes. We believe Bartsas is the unique identifier and should be pulled out for the logo treatment.

Mary Bartsas is a legend in Las Vegas, therefore we have incorporated Mary Bartsas Enterprises LLC in the full logo design/brand, however the brand Bartsas gives a unique identity for the evolution of the company.
