The Crab Restaurant serves the finest seafood and modern cuisine, situated in the town of Bournemouth, England, UK. The restaurant sits alongside the Park Central Hotel and was often regarded as a restaurant for hotel patrons only.
The restaurant needed to re-brand and promote itself to the public as a destination restaurant open to everyone.
The elegant brand identity was used on signage, menu design, staff uniforms and crockery, and was instrumental to launching the restaurant and driving fine diners and food lovers to the area to try out the exquisite menu.
