Interpretive Intelligence Architect™
Perspective
Myra’s path to business, technology, and strategy began somewhere else entirely: with music and art.
She studied classical piano from the age of eight through high school, learning to listen deeply to nuance, rhythm, emotional transition, and the patterns that exist between the notes. She later studied art and art history at Richmond College on the Thames, where she learned how expression shapes perception and how creativity itself is a form of intelligence.
While creativity was encouraged, she was raised in an engineering household where structure, logic, craftsmanship, and precision were simply a way of life. She was also exposed to leading-edge technology from an early age and learned to assemble technology and build computers with her father, making technology something she understood through direct experience rather than simply observed.
Creativity, engineering, and technology were not separate worlds in Myra’s life. They developed alongside one another and shaped how she would eventually approach brands, organizations, and intelligent systems.
Thinking shapes direction. Creativity gives it expression. Technology brings it to life.
For Myra, those ideas have never existed separately.
Foundation
Myra’s professional career began in marketing at Hewlett-Packard during the era of the HP Way, a period defined by people-first leadership, Deming quality principles, and integrity-driven decision making.
There she learned the principle that would guide her career:
Know your clients as well as they know themselves and become part of their team. Become a Power Partner.
At HP, quality was not simply a metric. It was a mindset. Integrity was not a value statement. It was a daily practice.
The idea of becoming a Power Partner stayed with her.
It shaped how she approached clients, brands, technology, and eventually Larym itself. The objective was never simply to deliver what had been requested. It was to understand the organization well enough to contribute perspective, recognize connections, challenge assumptions when necessary, and become a trusted part of the team responsible for what came next.
A Working Partnership
In 1998, Myra began working with Eric Love.
Their professional partnership would span multiple companies, disciplines, and stages of their careers before eventually becoming the foundation from which they built Larym together.
They learned how to combine different forms of expertise without requiring one to become the other. They learned how to challenge each other’s thinking, divide authority, solve problems together, and remain accountable to the same outcome.
That working relationship eventually became a marriage as well as a business partnership.
When Steve Kelly joined Larym in 2017, the senior leadership team expanded again, adding another distinct form of creative authority to a working model already built around complementary expertise and shared responsibility.
Today, that history is part of how Larym operates: senior leaders with distinct authority and a deep working relationship, with a broader team whose expertise can be brought into the work without sacrificing the continuity of the senior leaders.
Brand, Search, and the Digital Environment
Myra has worked in branding and SEO since 2006.
For her, the two disciplines were never as disconnected as the industry often treated them.
A brand establishes identity, meaning, distinction, and the way an organization wants to be understood. Search determines whether that organization can be discovered and whether the digital signals surrounding it reinforce that understanding.
As digital platforms evolved, so did the environments interpreting those signals.
Websites became more complex. Search engines became more sophisticated. Structured information became increasingly important. Content ecosystems expanded. Eventually, artificial intelligence systems began assembling their own representations of organizations, people, expertise, and authority from information distributed across the web.
AI visibility therefore did not represent a new direction in Myra’s work.
It extended a question she had already been working with for years:
Can the outside world accurately understand who you are?
Today, that question applies not only to people and search engines, but to AI systems interpreting an organization’s identity, expertise, relationships, and authority.
For Myra, strong visibility begins long before optimization. It begins with a well-defined identity and a digital ecosystem coherent enough to communicate that identity consistently.
Interpretation
Over decades of working across creativity, technology, behavior, identity, brand, and search, Myra recognized that much of her work shared a common discipline.
Interpretation.
Organizations generate enormous amounts of information. But information alone does not determine what matters, what something means, or what should happen next.
People do.
That understanding became central to Myra’s work and ultimately to Human Interpretation Intelligence™, built around the progression:
Information → Interpretation → Meaning → Decision
The same principle applies to brand.
Brand is not simply the output of decisions. It is one of the lenses through which decisions, information, and experiences are interpreted.
This is why Myra’s work increasingly moved beyond the conventional boundaries of branding and digital strategy. She was not only helping organizations communicate. She was helping them understand the systems of meaning, judgment, identity, and decision making underneath that communication.
The LARYM™ Framework
That way of working led to the creation of the LARYM™ Framework, a methodology for aligning identity, messaging, design, digital systems, technology, and organizational expression.
The framework reflects the way Myra has worked throughout her career: understand the whole system, identify what matters, establish alignment, and create the structure necessary to move forward.
Within Larym Enterprise LLC, that thinking can be expressed through different disciplines.
Larym Design applies it through brand strategy, identity, messaging, design, digital experience, SEO, content, and visibility.
Larym Development extends it through technology, platforms, systems, integrations, and development.
As artificial intelligence accelerated, the same way of thinking raised a larger question:
How should human judgment, organizational knowledge, and artificial intelligence work together without surrendering meaning, authority, or responsibility to technology?
Larym AI Intelligence™
Myra’s work increasingly centers on the intellectual architecture surrounding that relationship, with governance as the mechanism that keeps it trustworthy.
That thinking is expressed through Larym AI Intelligence™, a governance-based architecture for designing AI systems that extend human capability while preserving human authority, ethical boundaries, and structural clarity.
The architecture begins with structure rather than capability. Humans retain decision authority. AI advises, structures, and assists within defined scope, constraints, and non-delegable boundaries.
It connects Myra’s work in Human Interpretation Intelligence™, Decision Integrity, meaning, and governance with applied solutions including Executive Intelligence and Larym Digital Twins™.
Executive Intelligence focuses on the disciplined discovery and translation of how leaders think, decide, govern, communicate, and protect their organizations.
Larym Digital Twins™ extend human intelligence within defined governance boundaries. The broader Larym AI Intelligence™ architecture distinguishes how governed intelligence can originate architecture, embody an individual’s intelligence, or extend capacity through bounded delegation without transferring human authority to the technology.
For Myra, this is a natural progression of work that began long before AI.
Brand asks how an organization understands and expresses who it is.
SEO and AI visibility ask how that identity is discovered and interpreted externally.
Human Interpretation Intelligence™ asks how information becomes meaning and meaningful decisions.
Larym AI Intelligence™ asks how human and artificial intelligence can work together while keeping judgment, authority, and responsibility where they belong.
Different disciplines. A connected question:
What must be understood before meaningful decisions can be made?
Definition
After decades working across creativity, technology, behavior, identity, interpretation, and intelligence, Myra recognized that her work did not fit neatly within traditional roles.
She was not simply a strategist, designer, consultant, technologist, marketer, or operator.
She interprets complex systems, identifies the relationships within them, and translates that understanding into structures people and organizations can use.
That discipline is known as:
Interpretive Intelligence Architect™
It is not simply a job title.
It describes a way of seeing.
Today
Today, Myra works alongside organizations and leadership teams as a Power Partner.
She brings decades of experience in brand, SEO, digital strategy, technology, and organizational interpretation to a newer generation of questions involving AI visibility, Executive Intelligence, governed intelligence, and the relationship between human judgment and artificial intelligence.
The technology has changed considerably since she began her career at Hewlett-Packard.
The principle has not.
Know your clients as well as they know themselves.
Become part of their team.
Understand what matters.
Connect what others may see separately.
Then help move the organization forward.
Become a Power Partner.
