Myra Love is Co-Founder and Director of Larym Enterprises and the creator of the LARYM™ Framework and Larym AI Intelligence™. She works at the intersection of structure, narrative, and intelligence, helping organizations align who they are with how they operate, communicate, and grow.
Perspective
She did not begin her life in business, technology, or strategy. She began in music and art.
Myra studied classical piano from the age of eight through high school, learning to listen deeply to nuance, rhythm, emotional transition, and the patterns that exist between the notes. She later studied art and art history at Richmond College on the Thames, where she learned how expression shapes perception and how creativity itself is a form of intelligence.
While creativity was encouraged, she was raised in an engineering household where structure, logic, craftsmanship, and precision were simply a way of life.
These two worlds: expressive intuition and engineered discipline are what shaped her long before her career began after college.
Foundation
Myra’s professional career started in marketing at Hewlett-Packard during the era of the HP Way, a period defined by people-first leadership, Deming quality principles, and integrity driven decision making.
There she learned the principle that would guide her entire career:

At HP, quality was not a metric. It was a mindset. Integrity was not a value statement. It was a daily practice.
The Work
The fusion of artistic intuition and engineering rigor became the interpretive approach she uses to understand people, brands, and organizations.
Over time, this approach evolved into her discipline.
As Myra worked with high-growth companies, she observed a consistent pattern. Organizations did not simply need deliverables. They needed someone who could interpret the entire ecosystem: brand, identity, message, narrative, digital experience, audience behavior, and public expression and help it move forward coherently.
The Framework
This work led to the creation of the LARYM™ Framework, a clarity-to-momentum methodology designed to align identity, messaging, design, digital systems, and brand expression.
As artificial intelligence accelerated, Myra identified a growing gap between intelligence and integrity.
This led to the development of Larym AI Intelligence™, a governed, people-first intelligence architecture, and the Digital Twin Intelligence Layer™, enabling organizations to simulate audience behavior, message resonance, and launch readiness before going public.
Definition
After decades working across creativity, technology, behavior, and identity, Myra recognized that her work did not fit traditional roles.
